All of these pictures are of the same payphone booth located at a
gas station on Illeagnes Road in Raleigh, NC. The daytime pictures
were taken while on a trip with Ron Dillon and the night pictures
are when Tony Ojeda and I were out looking for payphones and I came
across the same phone booth again.
Side Note: Verizon Wireless was experiencing a
major outage at the time the day pictures were taken. I really could
have used this phone if it were still installed. Another reason why
we should treasure and preserve these phones!
